Nuffield Clinic is a specialized healthcare facility focused on orthopedic, rheumatologic, and physiotherapy care. We are seeking a competent, proactive, and patient-focused Physician Assistant to join our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Conducting patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations
- Assisting Specialists in the diagnosis and management of patients
- Supporting clinical procedures and treatment plans
- Providing patient education on treatment, medication, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and standards
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Supporting quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physician Assistantship from a recognized institution
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Medical and Dental Council
- Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant clinical experience
- Experience in orthopedic, rheumatology, or physiotherapy settings is an added advantage
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
