PROCUREMENT

* To be responsible for sourcing and managing the supply of materials, equipment and service and required for construction project. The role ensures cost-effective and timely procurement in line with company policies and project specification, whiles maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and contractors
* RECEPTIONIST
To be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, while managing the reception area and performing administrative tasks.
* Qualification, Experience & Skills
Minimum HND in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in reception or administrative role.
Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Abiity to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
* TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE
To be responsible for promoting company products and services, generating new business leads, and scheduling appointments for sales team in driving sales growth through a wide-range of telemarketing activities.
Additionally, conduct research and identify potential customers through database research, online directories and other sources. Contact businesses and individuals to introduce the company's products and services. Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Execute targeted telemarketing campaigns to promote specific products and services
* Qualification, Experience & Skills
Minimum HND in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, preferably in the interior design, construction or home improvement industries.
* Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
