Job Summary: 
Rockway Oilfields Services seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Procurement and Logistics Officer to manage the end-to-end procurement process and oversee logistics operations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services while optimizing logistics to support operational excellence in the oil and gas industry.

General Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in procurement and logistics activities.
* Maintain accurate records, including procurement contracts, shipping documents, and inventory reports.
* Prepare and present regular reports on procurement and logistics performance to management.
* Support operational excellence by contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in procurement and/or logistics, preferably within the oil and gas industry.

*  Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in procurement and logistics software and tools
* Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics management:

* Soft Skills:
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills. o Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with oil and gas industry procurement and logistics requirements will be an advantage.
