Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Product and Ideation Manager to lead the development, management, and improvement of products and services. The role involves driving idea generation, managing product lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.



Key Responsibilities
• Ideation & Innovation:
• Facilitate brainstorming and innovation workshops to generate new ideas.
• Collect and evaluate ideas from stakeholders, employees, and customers.
• Prioritize concepts based on feasibility, market potential, and business goals.
• Product Management:
• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, launch, to post-launch evaluation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product strategy.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications and features.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations teams.
• Act as the link between stakeholders and development teams.
• Ensure alignment between innovation initiatives and company strategy.
• Performance & Growth:
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
• Recommend product updates, modifications, or phase-outs.



Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Innovation, Product Management, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• Proven experience in product management, innovation, or strategy roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking with a strong sense of market trends and customer needs.
• Familiarity with agile or design thinking methodologies is an advantage.
