Project & Contract Manager (Oil & Gas)

About the Role:
SILGH ENGINEERING is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project & Contract Manager to lead our Oil & Gas operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex onshore and offshore projects, managing contracts, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee onshore/offshore drilling, wellhead, completion, and related projects from initiation to close-out.
• Lead project and contract management activities, including negotiation, administration, and compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication and maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure project efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring effective cost and schedule management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 10-15+ years of overall experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Project Experience: At least 5 years of specific experience managing onshore/offshore drilling, wellhead, completion, or related projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Certifications:
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.
  • Offshore and HSE certifications required as applicable.
• Skills: Proven expertise in project/contract management, client liaison, subcontractor coordination, and cost/schedule management.
