Project Manager – RF

Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager – RF to oversee the planning, deployment, and optimization of radio frequency networks. The ideal candidate will manage RF teams and vendors to ensure seamless network rollout and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RF planning, site surveys, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Oversee drive testing, post-processing, and network optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Civil, Fibre, Core) to ensure timely site integration.
• Manage vendors and contractors to meet project deliverables.
• Analyze network performance data and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RF planning and optimization, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency with RF planning tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet) and drive test tools.
• Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills
