PROJECT MANAGER

The Project Manager at Andster Engineering is responsible for leading and overseeing engineering projects from initiation through to completion. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The Project Manager provides strategic direction, coordinates cross-functional teams, and serves as a key liaison among clients, vendors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with organizational goals.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related field); a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
2. 2–5 years of proven experience managing engineering projects, preferably in the oil & gas, construction, energy, or Industrial sectors.
3. Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly preferred.
4. Solid technical background with experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects.
5. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
6. Proficiency in project management software and relevant engineering tools.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
