Role Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Metaschool AI’s education and technology projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Develop project documentation, reports, and progress updates
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards
- Facilitate communication between management, technical teams, and external partners
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
- Experience in tech, education, or HR consulting is an advantage
