About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who understands agency life and knows how to balance timelines, budgets, and a fiercely creative team.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end project management for 360 campaigns (advertising, brand, digital, content, events, etc.)
Translate client briefs into clear deliverables, timelines, resourcing needs, and budgets
Manage multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity and urgency
Partner with creative, strategy, media, production, and client services teams
Facilitate kickoffs, briefings, status meetings, and reviews
Support client communications around timelines, scope, and delivery
Inform budgets/forecasts and manage scope and resourcing conversations
Champion PM best practices, tools, and continuous process improvement
Mentor junior project managers and producers
What You Bring
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience, ideally within an integrated or creative agency
• Proven experience managing large, multi-channel campaigns
• Strong understanding of creative, digital, events, media, and production workflows
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
• Experience with PM tools (Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet)
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus (not required)
