Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor will oversee all cost-related aspects of construction projects, ensuring accurate estimation, financial oversight, and value for money while supporting project managers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities.
• Develop project budgets and monitor cost control measures.
• Conduct valuations and prepare interim payment certificates.
• Analyze project risks and provide cost-saving recommendations.
• Conduct site visits to verify completed works.
• Prepare tender documents and support procurement processes.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient expenditure.
• Prepare final account statements at project completion.
