We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Online Radio DJ/Presenter to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional radio experiences to our listeners.

Role Overview: As an Online Radio DJ/Presenter, you will be responsible for hosting live or recorded radio shows, engaging with listeners, curating playlists, delivering engaging content, and creating an energetic and enjoyable listening experience. Your role is pivotal in establishing a strong connection between our station and its audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hosting Radio Shows:
   • Host live or recorded radio shows, following the station's programming schedule.
   • Develop entertaining and informative scripts, interviews, and content for shows.
2. Live Interaction:
   • Engage with the audience during live shows through requests, dedications, shout-outs, and social media interactions.
   • Foster a lively and interactive atmosphere to enhance listener engagement and participation.
3. Promotional Activities:
   • Assist in promoting the station through social media, on-air promotions, and station events.
   • Participate in marketing initiatives to increase listenership and brand awareness.
4. Professionalism and Compliance:
   • Adhere to station policies, industry regulations, and copyright laws at all times.
   • Maintain a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability in all duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a radio Presenter, preferably in an online radio setting.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Passion for music and deep knowledge of various genres and artists.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to operate broadcasting equipment and software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a remote setting.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.

Education: University graduate. We would consider high school diploma or equivalent if applicant has experience. Additional education or training in broadcasting, communications, or a related field is a plus.
