Key Responsibilities
• Proactively acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of customers through excellent relationship management and business development.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored banking solutions that add value.
• Maintain regular engagement with customers to build trust, deepen relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
Cross-sell the bank's products and services, ensuring customers receive holistic financial solutions.
• Resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively, maintaining a solutions-driven approach at all times.
•Achieve and exceed set targets for deposit, loans, revenues, merchant acquiring etc and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare customer proposals, presentations, and reports with precision and creativity.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to provide customers with timely insights.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in STEM-related courses (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
•1-3 years of relevant banking, financial services, or sales experience (fresh graduates who are smart, quick-thinkers, self-driven, hungry to succeed and with exceptional drive may also be considered).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital banking tools is an advantage.
