Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at miLife Insurance in Accra. The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling life assurance products, developing and maintaining client relationships, analyzing customer needs, and providing personalized insurance solutions. The role also involves meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and staying updated on insurance policies and regulations.
Qualifications
• Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of insurance products and services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Previous experience in sales or insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
