Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting
* Present, promote, and sell company properties to prospective clients
* Conduct property inspections and site visits with clients
* Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
* Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
* Prepare and deliver sales reports as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
* Good knowledge of the local real estate market
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Remuneration:
* salary between N300k -400k depending on your real estate sales experience additional benefits commission on sales
* Performance-based incentives
