Job Summary:
Golden Coast Developers Ltd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead day-to-day sales operations, drive team performance, and support the execution of the company's sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate sales strategy into clear action plans, targets, and measurable activities for the sales team
Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to ensure consistent pipeline growth and deal conversion
Supervise Sales Executives, ensuring strong performance and accountability
Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Projects teams to improve lead quality, support deal structuring, and ensure alignment on unit availability and timelines
Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, and pricing structures, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
5-8 years of sales experience, preferably within real estate or property development
Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales reporting, and performance analytics
Strong sales execution, deal‑closing, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
