As a Scheduling Officer at Taj Gasoline Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of fuel orders to retail sites. Your role will involve coordinating dispatch schedules, monitoring order execution, and maintaining detailed reports to support operational efficiency.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Order Scheduling: Ensure on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery of all fuel orders.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily and monthly reports, including:
• Execution Summary
• PMP Summary
• Monthly Data Compilation
• Pending Orders Report
• Monitoring: Track and monitor all scheduled plans to ensure timely execution.
• Dispatch Management: Manage PMP plans for both primary and secondary dispatches.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
• Experience: 2–3 years in retail fuel deliveries.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
