Key Responsibilities
·    Manage team performance and productivity through regular assessments and feedback
·    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals through comprehensive
training programs and ongoing coaching
·    Supervise and conduct detailed quality reviews of all client deliverables to ensure
exceptional service standards
·    Ensure timely completion and filing of all client statutory obligations, including tax
returns and regulatory filings
·    Stay current with tax law changes and implement company-wide updates to maintain
compliance
·    Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies to enhance client service
delivery
·    Lead testing and implementation of new software features and system updates
·    Design and document efficient workflows for new feature rollouts
·    Conduct regular training sessions on new technology and product features
·    Maintain and update comprehensive product documentation and user handbooks
·    Manage external professional development programs for accounting and tax staff
·    Deliver software training to new and existing sales team members
·    Coordinate and lead client onboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and
Quickstart programs
·    Ensure consistent, high-quality client education and support
·    Provide regular project status updates and comprehensive reporting to management

 What We're Looking For
·    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ICA preferred
·    Experience: 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role
·    Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, tax preparation systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
·    Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams
·    Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train and present to diverse audiences
·    Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
·    Client Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service
