We are looking for a Health Service Administrator to have oversight responsibility for the smooth running of health administration and support services within the company and contribute to effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the effective operations of the Administration and Support Service Department within the company including planning, organizing and directing activities and programmes of the department.
Provide management and administrative support and play active role in the implementation of policies in the company.
* Contribute to planning, management and maintenance of physical assets of the company.
* Contribute to contract administration and the management of the support services (human resource, procurement, transport, estates, equipment, stores) of the company.
Liaise with the finance department on financial matters to ensure effective financial planning and control measures of the company.
Contribute to the development and implementation of company's plans and budgets.
* Play active role in the preparation and submission of periodic operational reports on support services of the company.
* Supervise and direct the activities of clerical, administrative and other support service staff in the facility.
* Perform any other official duty that may be assigned.

* Knowledge of management principles and practice particularly with regard to health services management.

Qualification & Experience
B.Sc. Degree in Administration (Health Services Managment) plus at least three (3) years working experience at the level of Health Services Administrator (HSA); Evidence of continuing professional development and training in management.
Experience in planning, budgeting, procurement processes and practices, as well as report writing.
