Job Description
The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting or contacting the cleaning service. This role involves managing appointments, responding to customer inquiries, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients in a polite and professional manner
  • Receive and respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm cleaning appointments
  • Record customer details and service requests accurately
  • Provide information about cleaning services and pricing
  • Handle basic front desk administration and record-keeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Liaise with cleaning staff regarding schedules and assignments
