Job Purpose
The role holder will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive store environment.
Employer branding service
This role includes supervising staff, handling cash management, and ensuring the store meets sales targets and customer satisfaction standards.
Experience and Education
- HND or Diploma from a recognized institution
- 2–3 years’ experience in retail or convenience store supervision
- Experience in a filling station mart is an added advantage
