Social Media Executive - NSP

Job Summary:

As an NSS Social Media Executive, you will support the planning, creation, and management of content across the organization’s social media platforms. You will help grow the brand's online presence, engage with followers, and ensure consistent and creative digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day posting on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Assist in developing and scheduling content calendars in line with marketing goals.
• Create or coordinate visual content (graphics, videos, reels, etc.) with the design/media team.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback; engage with followers professionally.
• Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, etc.) using analytics tools.
• Assist in executing paid social media campaigns and promotions.
• Support content creation for newsletters, blogs, and websites when needed.
• Stay informed on social media trends and propose innovative ways to improve engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and content management tools.
• Strong writing and content creation skills.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
• Creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience using scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and audience targeting.
• Basic photo or video editing skills.
• Familiarity with content marketing and brand storytelling.
