Stadcentral is an innovative e-commerce marketplace platform connecting vendors with customers across Ghana. We're expanding our vendor network and looking for a talented Social Media Marketer to join our growing team.

Position Overview

We're seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to acquire new vendors for our platform through strategic social media outreach and engagement. This role offers a competitive base salary plus attractive performance-based commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach to potential vendors primarily through Instagram and other social media platforms
• Execute cold messaging campaigns to introduce and promote the Stadcentral platform
• Make phone calls to potential vendors to explain platform benefits and onboarding process
• Develop and refine communication templates for calls, messages, and vendor engagement (subject to company approval)
• Share company-provided marketing materials with prospective vendors
• Track and report on outreach activities, vendor responses, and conversion metrics
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with all prospects
• Collaborate with management to optimize outreach strategies and improve vendor acquisition rates

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing, business development, or sales
• Strong communication skills in English (additional Ghanaian languages are a plus)
• Active presence and proficiency on Instagram and other social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach and cold calling
• Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills

What We Offer

• Base Salary: GHS 3,000.00 per month (gross)
