Job Description
The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for identifying and managing manpower suppliers in the UAE market. The role focuses on building vendor networks, sourcing candidates, and ensuring smooth recruitment and mobilization processes in compliance with UAE labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage manpower suppliers and recruitment agencies in the UAE
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Source blue-collar and skilled labor candidates
- Maintain and update supplier and candidate databases
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Track onboarding and mobilization processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and recruitment standards
Requirements
- 2–3 years UAE experience in manpower supply (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing activities efficiently
- Male/Female candidates eligible
