A reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking to recruit a RISK MANAGER to join our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and assess risks across all business areas, including R&D, clinical trials, manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and mitigation strategies to minimize operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and support regulatory audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with quality teams to monitor product safety, investigate incidents, and address risks related to product quality.
- Support Enterprise Risk Management by preparing risk reports, promoting a risk-aware culture, and integrating risk management into strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain business continuity and crisis management plans to ensure effective response to disruptions.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Pharmacy, Risk Management, or related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or quality within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks and audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and standards
- Risk assessment and mitigation expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards
- Ability to work cross-functionally
