We are looking for a motivated and results-driven store efficiency coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and improving the operational process to maximize productivity, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Conduct regular assessments of store operations, to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, layout, and staffing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to store efficiency, such as inventory turnover, and customer wait times.
- Collaborate with department managers to train staff on new procedures and efficiency techniques.
