The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising store personnel, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Job Description:
The Stores Supervisor will ensure efficient inventory management and proper documentation of all materials received and issued. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff.
• Ensure timely receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit regular inventory and usage reports.
• Work closely with procurement and maintenance departments.
