Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented individual for the position of Supply Chain Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the supply of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) from sup-pliers/ farms to the processing plant.
* Maintain effective relationships with farmers, outgrowers, and suppliers
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure consistent and quality supply of raw materials.
* Maintain accurate records of procurement, deliveries, and stock levels.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Support continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and cost-effect
-Qualification and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, or a related
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in agribusiness or agro-processing
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
* Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office applications.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of palm oil production and FFB supply chain dynamics will be an added advantage.
