 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the Internal Control team.
• Develop, review, and enforce internal control policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and internal audits.
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements.
• Monitor compliance across departments and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Support the implementation of corrective action plans.
• Ensure alignment between internal control standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in training staff on control processes and best practices.
