Role KRAs/Key Deliverables of the Job
1 Daily Shipment: Tracking & Reporting
2 Provide on-demand detailed reports of truck locations
3 Update confirmation of arrival, date and time of shipments into the system
4 Provide daily updates and accurate On-Time and D1 status of Shipments.
5 Daily update and processing of all shipment discrepancies at Delivery Variance Report (DVR) Google Drive
6 Responsible for reconciling transport charges due to customer delivery variance
7 Collects and report daily information such as diesel issuance, multi drops, etc.
8 Update weekly price of diesel
9 Evaluates transporter's invoices
10 Prepare internal memos such as subsidy, incentives, and extra charges.

Education Required:

 B.sc/HND
Experience Required: 1 year line experience in logistics and office administration
Special Considerations: Familiar with Microsoft office and SAP preferable
