Location: Christian Village, Accra
Salary: GHS 2,000/month
Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 7:00pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Washing Bay Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements:
Must have proven experience in a similar role (Car Wash or related field).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work long hours and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily car wash activities.
Manage staff schedules and performance.
Ensure equipment is functioning and arrange maintenance when needed.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Keep accurate daily sales and operational reports.
