Workshop Air Conditioner Technician

Job Summary:
stall, maintain, and repair vehicle and workshop air conditioning systems in line with company standards and safety procedures. Ensure all servicing and repair work is documented, tested, and completed efficiently to minimize downtime. Support workshop operations by ensuring high quality air conditioning services are delivered to meet 0perational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair faults in vehicle/workshop air conditioning systems.
* Carry out preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
* Ensure correct use of refrigerants and compliance with environmental regulations.
* Install A/C systems in vehicles when required.
* Ensure all servicing and repairs meet quality standards.
* Ensure safety standards are followed during all A/C repair tasks.
* Diagnose and repair air conditioning faults.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A Technical/Vocational Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology.
* Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with specialization in Air Conditioning.
* At least 1-2 years of experience as an Auto A/C Technician or in a similar technical workshop role.
* 3+ years' experience handling vehicle/workshop A/C systems, including diagnostics and installation.
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
* Proficiency in handling A/C tools and equipment.
* Knowledge of vehicle electrical and cooling systems.
Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
* Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
