Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development, improvement, and performance of chemical-based products
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure product effectiveness and market alignment
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Evaluate and report on product performance using key metrics
- Ensure all products meet industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality benchmarks
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders for product-related matters
- Provide technical support to the sales team and participate in client presentations when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (required)
- Minimum of 2–3 years experience in product development, technical sales, or product management
- Strong understanding of chemical processes and product applications
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in the chemical industry
