Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Promote and sell products/services to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, and interests.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous sales experience in FMCG a plus.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
