Job Summary
Chickenman Pizzaman is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of all company facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all branches and offices operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and repair of company facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage facility service providers and contractors.
- Conduct regular facility inspections.
- Develop maintenance schedules and budgets.
- Oversee utility management and cost control.
- Ensure proper functioning of equipment and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
