HEAD OF LITIGATION

Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation practice and courtroom advocacy, with a proven track record of handling complex cases.

Responsibilities
Handle litigation matters across various jurisdictions
Conduct courtroom advocacy, including trials, hearings, and appeals
Provide expert advice on litigation strategy and risk management
Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes
Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (LL. B.) and B.L. in law.
10 - 12 years of post-qualification experience with a minimum of 5-6 years in core litigation practice
Must have a strong track record of courtroom advocacy and litigation experience
Must have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Must be ableto work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Must have a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations

Legal drafting skills
Must be able to work with minimum supervision
Must have good attention to detail.
