LEGAL OFFICER

We are seeking a Legal Officer with strong experience in real estate and property transactions to support our construction and real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage property related agreements and legal documents
- Handle land acquisition, title verification, and perfection of documents
- Support compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Advise management on legal risks related to real estate projects
- Liaise with external lawyers, government agencies, and regulators
- Support dispute resolution and contract administration

Requirements
- Law degree and Call to Bar
- 4–6 years post call experience, with strong focus on real estate
- Proven experience in property transactions and documentation
- Good understanding of land laws and regulatory processes
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment
