Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or higher will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT work experience.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Computer hardware and equipment management Operating systems Servers and server administration Active Directory (AD) domain management.
- IT monitoring systems Network security and firewalls.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage hardware and network monitoring projects.
- Maintain and manage servers, operating systems, and network equipment. Administer Active Directory (AD) domain environments.
- Manage and monitor firewalls, switches, wireless controllers (AC), and access points (AP).
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system records.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the department.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT infrastructure and network issues in a timely manner.
