Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (DaaS) including NetScaler, StoreFront, and Director for enterprise-scale environments
Configure and manage Azure AVD, Windows 365 (W365), and Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) for cloud-based EUC solutions.
Administer SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Ivanti AppSense for software deployment, patching, and endpoint management.
Implement and optimize Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, and Active Directory (AD) for identity and security management.
Develop and maintain OS Deployment (OSD) automation for endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience in End User Computing with deep expertise in Citrix, Azure AVD, SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Active Directory.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Citrix DaaS, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, Director, and Virtual Desktop environments.
Experience managing Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), Windows 365 (W365), and Entra ID (Azure AD).
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
Experience with Microsoft Defender, security baselines, and endpoint protection.
Solid background in OS deployment (OSD), image management, and application packaging.
Ability to troubleshoot complex EUC infrastructures and resolve high-level technical issues.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
