The Design & Technology Institute (DTI) is looking for a Product Realisation Facilitator to join our Academics department. This role is pivotal in coordinating the journey from initial concept to a fully manufacturable product, ensuring excellence at every stage of production.

โ Process Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end product realization process and development, from design validation through to production scale-up.
โ Quality & Standards: Liaise with manufacturing teams to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and monitor product quality throughout production.
โ Operational Support: Support the resolution of manufacturing challenges and collaborate with various teams to facilitate successful product launches.
โ Documentation: Maintain highly accurate production and process documentation.

โ Education: A Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
โ Experience: Approximately 5 years of experience in tertiary or TVET education is required.
โ Expertise: A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, product testing, and safety standards.
โ Certifications: Professional certifications in manufacturing, project management, or quality control are considered a distinct advantage.
