Responsibilities
- Develop and implement feed mill maintenance procedures and preventive programs.
- Oversee proper operation of mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
- Plan and coordinate all repair and technical maintenance activities.
- Allocate workload and supervise feed mill maintenance staff.
- Design and deliver training programs for all maintenance team members.
Recommended Qualifications
- Diploma or suitable qualification as an electrician.
- At least two or more years’ experience in similar roles in a busy commercial setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and accountability.
- Transfer of knowledge, skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
- Must possess a high level of energy and flexibility.
