Responsibilities
Conduct HSE Training programs
Ensure compliance obligations with HSE Regulations
Compile and maintain Incident/Accident Register
Investigate and present Reports Of all incidents/accidents as required
Identify hazardous wastes/Substances and disposing them according to environmental guidelines
Enforce compliance with the Company's PPE Policy
Implement preventative measures to ensure unsafe processes do not reoccur
Conduct Safety Meetings, Tool-box, and Pep-talks at regular intervals.
Conduct emergency evacuation/response procedures.
Conduct risk assessment
Perform any other duty that may be assigned.
Requirements
A BSc / BEng / BTech / HND in Engineering other related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' work experience in the role or similar roles
Membership of ISPON is compulsory. Other Professional certifications are added advantage.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills.
