Key Responsibilities:
💡 Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
💡Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
💡Support strategic decision-making with financial insights
💡Ensure compliance with Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) regulations, including VAT, NHIL, GETFund, and other statutory levies
💡Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants
💡Implement cost control measures and improve financial efficiency
💡Assist in forecasting and financial modeling for logistics operations
Required Qualifications:
💡Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, ICA Ghana, or CIMA certification preferred)
💡Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain
💡Strong knowledge of Ghanaian tax laws and GRA reporting requirements
💡Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
💡Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
💡Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
💡Ability to lead and manage people
