Job Description
The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, payments, receivables, payroll support, and financial documentation. The Accountant will also assist in preparing monthly financial statements, monitoring budgets, and maintaining accurate financial data for decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor company expenses and budgets
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Support internal and external audits
• Manage petty cash and payment vouchers
• Assist in payroll processing
