Job Responsibilities

- The role is responsible for delivering the full suite of Fidelity Bank’s banking products and services to assigned large business clients, ensuring efficient, timely, and value-adding service delivery that strengthens customer loyalty and deepens relationships.

- The incumbent serves as the primary point of contact for all assigned large business clients within the Business Banking Unit and has direct supervisory responsibility for all staff within the Large Business segment. 

-The role leads the team to achieve portfolio growth, service excellence, revenue objectives, and risk-compliance standards while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.



Candidate Profile

•   Knowledge And Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
  • Master’s degree in business, Finance, Banking, or a related field is an added advantage
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CIB, MBA, or equivalent) preferredExperience And Requirement
  • Minimum of 10–12 years’ experience in Business or Corporate Banking, with at least.
  • 7 years in a leadership or supervisory role, managing teams and large portfolios.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value corporate clients.
  • Successful experience in credit structuring, relationship management, and business growth.
  • Demonstrated history of delivering financial performance, portfolio quality, and service excellence


  • Technical/ Industry Specific
    • Deep understanding of Corporate & Business Banking products, including lending, trade finance, treasury, and cash management.
    • Strong credit analysis, credit structuring, and risk assessment skills
    • In-depth understanding of key industries served by large business clients
    •Ability to analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and business cycles
    • Knowledge of sector-specific financial drivers and regulatory frameworks.
    • Understanding of business strategy, mission, and performance implications for market success.
    • Familiarity with the best operating practices and market standards in Business Banking and Human Resource Department

    Managerial
    • Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
    • Team goal planning, performance management, and coaching capabilities.
    • Ability to lead diverse teams and manage group dynamics effectively
    •Experience in high-level management decision-making.
    Specialist Knowledge
    •Broad and deep understanding of banking financial services, products, and their value propositions for large businesses
    •Ability to assess profitability, operational implications, and strategic relevance of products.
    •Strong cross-selling skills and the ability to identify integrated solution opportunities
     
  • Communication and Relationship Facilitation
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interpreting and explaining financial data and business information
    • Ability to prepare and present business cases, proposals, and market insights to executive-level stakeholders.
    • Skilled at conducting presentations, facilitating discussions, and negotiating solutions.

    • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business plans and performance trends.
    • Demonstrates strong business acumen and technical financial skills
    • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
