ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our loan recovery team. You will be responsible for following up with clients who have overdue loan payments and guiding them through repayment arrangements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and onboard new loan clients.
- Assess loan applications and evaluate customer creditworthiness.
- Disburse approved loans in line with company policies.
- Monitor loan portfolios and ensure timely repayments.
- Follow up on overdue loans and support recovery efforts.
- Maintain accurate client and loan records.
- Provide excellent customer service and client education on loan products.
- Prepare basic reports on loan performance and collections.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma, HND, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in lending, credit analysis, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with financial data and software
- Knowledge of loan products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Salary
1,500 - 1,500 GHS
