We are a leading logistics company committed to delivering efficient and innovative supply chain solutions across Ghana and beyond. We seek a skilled Management Accountant to support strategic financial planning and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis
Support strategic decision-making with financial insights
Ensure compliance with Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) regulations, including VAT, NHIL, GETFund, and other statutory levies
Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants
Implement cost control measures and improve financial efficiency
Assist in forecasting and financial modeling for logistics operations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA, ICA Ghana, or CIMA certification preferred)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain
Strong knowledge of Ghanaian tax laws and GRA reporting requirements
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead and manage people
