Job Description
We need an accounts officer for our newly opened Takoradi branch (opening next month).
Responsibilities
- Process and maintain account payables and receivables.
- Manage petty cash transactions.
- Help with the preparation of quarterly management Accounts.
- Review and ensure there are approval for all payments.
- Ensures Statutory deduction, PAYE, SSIT etc. are paid on time.
- Ensures adherence to WHT deductions and payment at end of each month, and follow up WHT Certificates.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for assigned banks accounts.
- Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
- Follow‑up with clients on outstanding payments.
Required Skills or Experience
- Qualification: HND or Degree.
- Experience: minimum 2 years post qualification.
- Location: Airport Ridge Extension.
- Advantage: Living in Takoradi area, experience in administration.
