Qualifications & Requirements:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role (preferably in an academic setting).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to faculty and staff.
* Manage departmental schedules, meetings, and events.
* Handle correspondence and maintain student and staff records.
* Assist with student inquiries and departmental communications.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
