Job Description:
The Administrative Secretary will handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, documentation, record keeping, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
	•	Manage calendars, appointments and meetings for the supervisor/department.
	•	Answer, screen and direct phone calls and emails; handle correspondence.
	•	Maintain and update filing systems (physical and digital).
	•	Prepare, proofread and format documents, reports, presentations and correspondence.
	•	Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings and logistics as required.
	•	Liaise with staff, clients and vendors to facilitate communications and tasks.
	•	Monitor office supplies and ensure the office environment is organised and functional.
	•	Provide support for events, workshops or meetings (room booking, equipment, minutes, etc.).
	•	Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
