Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Administrator to support our Workshop and Transport & Logistics operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and manage office administration
- Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate vehicle hiring bookings and workshop appointments
- Assist with financial administration, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Handle general office duties, including correspondence and filing
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
- Diploma in Accounting or relevant certification is a plus
